do we have any resolved solution in Thingworx platform side for cs296010?

Dear experts，

We are facing just the same issue as cs296010.

The ThingWorx always has ApplicationLog error:

       An Invalid Property Value Was Sent To [XXX-GW Property: [StoredUpdateCount]

 

However, it really impossible to disable “ Store and Forward” option as the Kepware side is in another city now…

do we have any resolved solution in Thingworx platform side?

    Hi @szuo-2.

     

    The internal case on this issue is still under review.  In one report of this issue, a workaround was found--manually adding the properties.  If you can provide the logs, we might be able to determine if your scenario matches that of the one in which the workaround was found to work.

    I tried to manually add  the properties. "StoredUpdateCount".

    Could you please let me know which steps I should set?
