Docker error while installing ThingWorx 8.3.1 with H2

Hi,

 

I experience an error while trying to install ThingWorx 8.3.1 with H2 on my windows 10 machine and also on a Windows Server 2016 VM.

Did anybody experience this and knows how to solve it?
