Documentation on getting data into Thingworx using REST call to a Web Service

Hello folks,

I am looking for documentation on how to get started on connecting to a web service. I would like to Get and POST information using REST calls.

One thing I find working on this Thingworx platform that I send so much time finding documentation to achieve something. May be I am not looking at the right place.

Any pointers?
