does ThingWorx support NTCIP protocol?

As per my understanding NTCIP(National Transport Communication for Intelligent Transport) is not supported by Thingworx. Pls let me know if you need any further information.

No, but if you can find a java library that does, you can wrap that into an extension and load it into ThingWorx.
