Donut chart with pointer

Hi,

How to achieve this pie chart attached below. I tried this pointer using guage and d3 pie chart widgets its not worked and i need to show the same pointer along with threshold colors which i attached below. Can someone help me out this?

@bhavya I believe this is custom widget where you can create this pointer. Though i am not sure. I will check and let you know.
