How can I export the grid data in pdf format using createpdf service of pdf widget from resource?

Hi
Can you explain what you mean by "resource"? Are you referring to the PDF Extension available on the Marketplace? If so, this extension has not yet been updated for the most recent versions of ThingWorx and does exhibit some issues. We have a case opened but since this is an unsupported product, there is no guarantee that an update will be forthcoming.
You will most likely need to create your own custom pdf extension.
