DPM Shift Scheduling - 2-Day In Advance Lead Time Limitation

This has become a high-priority concern for the business because it limits flexibility in volatile resource and production planning situations. This continues to be a significant challenge for Xylem specific sites, where production planning is driven by daily resource availability and custom/special order demand. Mostly the planning is been done on the basis of the information for the particular day only. However this limitation is impacting negatively in a way as it shows up in dashboard inaccuracies and is limiting Xylem site’s ability to operate effectively within DPM.

Very High Impact - As we are not able to use the application for what we expected it to perform and top of it this limitation of advance scheduling is impacting negatively from site performance (OEE) perspective.
