DSE Required Version for Thingworx 8.3.0

Hi,

I'm using Thingworx 8.3.0 and I want to use DSE as the persistent provider. What versions of DSE are compatible with Thingworx 8.3.0?

I have already installed 5.0.15 and I configure the Persistence Provider and the Value Stream but when I try to enter data for a "Logged" property, I get the following error

[context: com.thingworx.webservices.context.HttpExecutionContext@30f58838][message: com/thingworx/common/utils/SerializationOptions]

You have to open a ticket with Tech Support to obtain a DSE extension as it is only provided to those with DBA skills.

Hi,

I'm using the extension MED-61150-CD-083_F000_DSE-Persistence-Provider-Extension.zip

I found that on https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/product.jsp?prodFamily=TWX

Is that not the right one?
