Eclipse Plug-In for ThingWorx moved again?

So,  I am looking for the plug-in again and now it is not in the Software Downloads area?   Any Ideas?

Below extensions including Eclipse Plugin are again made available in Software Download page.

  • ThingWorx CSV Import for Industrial Connectivity
  • ThingWorx Custom Chart Extension
  • ThingWorx JDBC Extension
  • Eclipse Plugin for ThingWorx Extensions

The plug-ins are removed from PTC Software Download page as per Article - CS345079 Changes to ThingWorx extension support model

 

Effectively immediately, PTC is announcing end of sale for the below extensions, and they are no longer available for download on the Software Downloads Page

Extension code base to be available via open source at the end of their Standard Support period

Hey PTC ... are you kidding us?


- The link you posted ("Article - CS345079 Changes to ThingWorx extension support model") is dead like a dodo.

- The current Version of "Eclipse Plugin for ThingWorx Extensions" is no where findable ... not in Download not on GitHub

- The Documentation for 9.x is full of references to the Eclipse Plugin.

- Regarding the Product calendar Eclipse Plugin for ThingWorx Extensions 9.0 was released at 11. March 2021 Support ends: 23. june 2022

 

So where can I get the "Eclipse Plugin for ThingWorx Extensions"??

For below three extensions, please contact out partner IQNOX for download.

  • ThingWorx CSV Parser Extension
  • ThingWorx Twilio Extension
  • ThingWorx Google Widgets Extension

For the extensions listed below including Eclipse Plugin for ThingWorx Extensions, IQNOX is not planning to support these use cases.

And our Management plan right now is to stop distributing the extensions entirely to prevent new implementations.

  • ThingWorx Custom Chart Extension
  • ThingWorx JDBC Extension
  • Eclipse Plugin for ThingWorx Extensions
  • ThingWorx Ghost Entities Extension
  • ThingWorx Support Tool Extension

  • ThingWorx Web Sockets Tunnel Library Extension

For the Help Center Documentation referencing these extensions I already requested to amend the content to reflect this change.
