Edge Microserver not responding when inputting commands on PowerShell

Following the guide at:

 https://developer.thingworx.com/en/resources/guides/use-edge-microserver-ems-connect-thingworx/mlp-learning-path-overview

when inputting the .\wsems.exe command, it starts to initialize, but then restarts, and repeats and never actually starts a connections.  Not too sure where the error is happening but any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Picture is attached for reference.
