Error getting IR Status

Hi all,

 

When I try to access the Mashup Runtime using a non-administrator account, I get the below error message

I tried following the article

Setting Permissions for Integration Connector Activities (ptc.com)

 

Still, I'm getting an error

 

Could someone help me with this

After providing permission to users in Run Time Instance instead of Run Time only it starts to work.
