error in application log

I am trying to write custom service for application logs to get what services are modified in daily basis. When I updated a service "OverallMachineStatusGraph" in a Thing, I am seeing a error "Entity Not Found : [OverallMachineStatusGraph]" in application log. But the service saved successfully. Then why this error is coming? Iam using thingworx 9.2 version.

It would help to see your code.

Also just to make sure, the ConfigurationLog is the one that will record any modifications made in the platform.

If I updated any service in a composer, I am seeing a error "Entity Not Found : [ServiceName]" in application log. why this error is coming?
