[Error]InstallationThingworx Analytics fails(Could not verify ThingWorx Foundation)

Hi all,

When I install Thingworx Analytics by tutorial of Guidance, it fails.

Below is my generated AppKey but come up with Could not verify ThingWorx Foundation Error.

Hi,

 

Could you try the following to see if it resolve your error:

 

  1. Could you try using the hostname of the server that ThingWorx is running on instead of local host?
  2. Can you confirm what port number ThingWorx Composer is running on? (This can be found in the URL that is used to access ThingWorx Composer)
  3. Can you confirm that you Application key has not Expired?
