Error[message: Could not send Message] while using WindchillConnector services

Getting error com.thingworx.webservices.context.HttpExecutionContext[message: Could not send Message.] ​in Application log when i am trying to use WindchillConnector services like Navigator, Fetch but services using Rest like ListSavedSearches ​on 'ptc-windchill-demo-thing' are working fine.

 

Please suggest a way to solve it.

What version of Navigate are you using? Please attach the ThingWorx Application and Security logs.
