error message when trying to execute service for getting logged values of property

I have a thing named MVP_1 when i try to execute and get the logged values of property using service "Query named property" it is showing an error saying:

 

"Unable to Invoke Service QueryNamedPropertyHistory on MVP1_1 : com.thingworx.common.exceptions.DataAccessException: [2,003] Transaction failed."

 

please provide me actual error

Hi,

 

We need to see the Error.log and Tomcat logs, could you help with that?

These are necessary to see why this error is happening.
