Error occurred while validating HTTP header: If-None-Match

Hi,

I'm working on ThingWorx 7.1 localhost and the composer is loading forever. I've checked the ApplicationLogs file and the error is "Error occurred while validating HTTP header: If-None-Match". What can I do to resolve this ?
