Error Pdf export extension 3.0 Configuration Twx 8.2.1

Hi, I have a problem with the extension pdf export 3.0, I have set the values for the configuration (as in the photo), respectively:
AppKey of the administrator
File Repository - A random repository
Output file name - the name of the output pdf
Resolution - 800 * 600 or default value 1366*768
Server address - the name associated with my mashap in the twx server : "https://pp-1805020827wt.devportal.ptc.io/Thingworx/Runtime/index.html#&mashup=nameMashap "
Testing through the test button in the service of extension whit name "create pdf"
, but in the log it goes out error (as in photos).
Has anyone already had a similar problem?
