Error while executing flow service

Hi All,

 

I`m getting the following error while executing a flow service.

 

Unable to Invoke Service GetWorkOrderDetails on Flow_GenericServices_Thing : channel is already closed due to channel error; protocol method: #method<channel.close>(reply-code=404, reply-text=NOT_FOUND - no queue 'flow-exec-reply-730f51bc-0daa-4dbf-ba60-a1f264151659' in vhost 'orchestration', class-id=50, method-id=10)

 

 

 

I am unable to execute any of the flow service, what this error about?

Hi,

 

Don't know the root cause of the error, might be related to Rabbit MQ.

Please try the following steps and let me know if you can run the flow/service afterwards:

  • Open ThingWorx Composer as an Administrator user
  • Navigate to the Subsystems page, and open the Workflow Subsystem
  • Click the Restart button near the top of the page
