Hello,

Sorry to hear that restarting the applciation did not resolve the issue.

With the ThingWorx Trial Edition (TTE) there is no solution for microservice corruption if a restart does not resolve the issue.

I would recommend un-installing TTE, removing the install directory, then re-install TTE.

Regards,

Neel

Hello,

Thank you for your Post.

I have some clarifying questions for you:

  • What version of ThingWorx Analytics are you using?
  • What Operating System are you using?
  • What kind of deployment is this?
    • e.g. Analytics Trial Edition, ThingWorx Trial Edition, Docker Based Installation, Native Based Installation
  • Have you attempted to restart the ThingWorx Analytics Application?

I look forward to your response,

Neel
