Hi everyone,

 

When I try to change to navigate to another dashboard through of my menu happens it:

 

"Could not load "Mashup Name", internal exception 4"

 

Can someone help me?

Hi,

 

I was able to stop this issue.

 

When I disabled the "automatically update" it worked well.

 

But I do not know to explain the reason.

Hi @leokeinsfeld,

 

I believe it is related to the mechanism of GetProperties() service, which will automatically be updated/triggered whenever the properties changes if that box is checked.

 

I guess you may want to check this:

Thanks for your answer.

 

I disabled the check from service getproperties and changed it for autorefresh widget.

 

It is working well.
