Exception in Installation of thingworx 8.4

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to install thingworx 8.4. but after deploying (thingworx.war) war file. tomcate stopped working or most of the time it working but showing 401 exception.

Also, license request file is not generating.

could you please help me in  this because for 8.2 its working fine..
