external Database connection error

Hello Team, I'm looking for fetching data into thingworx from hostlinger databse, im using the thingworx version 9,3. i've tried all the articles related to external data base connection with thingworx but none of them worked, have any one faced the issue and solved it. Kindly help me with the issue.
