Extracting Expressions rules of type ExpRule from Axeda and make multiproperty alarms in Thingworx

Axeda has a manage page: Rules (https://axedamanager.com/drm/actions/device/rule/show-create)

which allows us to create rules of types: Alarm, Data Expression, Event etc. 

I have many expressions types of rules like below. These rules will almost always invoke actions that 

will create an alarm.

I would like to get a list of these rules and programmatically create similar alarm definitions in Thingworx using multiple properties. As far as I know Thingworx allows only one field to be selected with criteria <,>, <=, >=, ==, != etc.

Rule: Expression: Current PS p75 <= 70 and PS p24 >= 20 or Current PS p75 >= 80 and PS p24 >= 20
