FAIL - Application at context path /Thingworx could not be started

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade to Thingworx 5.0 SP1 from Thingworx 5.0. I undeployed Thingworx on Tomcat and then deployed the 5.0 SP1 WAR file, however I can't start the /Thingworx application. It gives me the error mentioned in the title.

    I was missing /ThingworxStorage and /ThingworxBackupStorage directories - in case anyone stumbled upon this problem.
