Fail to open composer

The usual entrance to the composer could not be loaded successfully. Every time I enter this page or click on the "Go to App Tutorials" button, there appears a loading gif but nothing happens afterwards. My project will due in a few days and this issue's like a nightmare.

Anybody encountering the same problem?
