Failed to Import Workflow Services from file. Import failed with UncheckedTimedOutException

Question

Hi Community,
 
To give some context, I have created a workflow service in DEV environment in order to perform series of tasks that would send alerts. The workflow which was created is working fine as expected. However, when I tried to Import workflow in QA by exporting from the DEV environment, I am receiving following error in ThingWorx application log.

Error: ACCESS_REFUSED - Login was refused using authentication mechanism PLAIN. For details see the broker logfile
 
Can you please suggest how to resolved this issue? 
 
Note: I am not facing any issue creating new Workflows  manually in QA. I am only facing issue with import.

It was found that a case was opened for this issue and the following suggestions resolved it:

For Flow Rabbit Error:

For Flow key errors you need to re-import ThingWorx Flow Secret Keys in the ThingWorx Foundation KeyStore using this link.
