FormLogin Logo returning 500 error

I have 3 instances set up with the same entities, however on one instance the Form Login logo is not loading correctly. It's trying to access the www.address.com/Thingworx/OrganizationLogoViewer/Logo page and it gets a 500 error. Is there some permission on the Thingworx side that I am missing? I can't find any documentation on this error and haven't seen it pop up anywhere. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out on the ThingWorx Developers Community.

 

This is interesting error which I have not previously seen occur with respect to a Form Login logo. Can you confirm what happens if you navigate to the Organization in Composer? Is the logo displayed properly under Login Image on the entity's General Information page?

 

A quick test would be to remove the Login Image, save the entity, then re-select the Login Image and save once again.
