Gateway timeout error with Shape integration to template

I am getting an error, when I am giving a shape to existing template, so that it can inherit the properties of shape. But the following error arises.

    I am using cloud composer which is given during course completion(i.e., connected using server url in thingworx academic edition). That error is due to that site issue and resolved when informed to technical support persons.
