Grid widget in Popup window is gone

Dear Developers,

I put a grid widget in a mashup and try to show it up as "popup".

however, we cannot see the gridwidget eventhough I dont set any "visible" status and the size of the popup window is also enough big.

I change the configuration of navigation function from "popup" to "new", then the grid is appeared.

could anyone tell me why this happens and how to show the grid up with popup ?

my thingworx version is ThingWorx 9.3.6-b1323

Not able to reproduce this issue in Thingworx 9.3.6-b1323

I have attached my entities for your reference.

Check whether any other imported extension causing this issue. Also if possible please share your entities so I can test them in my env
