Have a problem when trying to uninstall and then reinstall Thingworx Platform

I was trying to uninstall the Thingworx 9.1 and reinstall Thingworx8.3 to prepare for a competition. After I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall version 8.3, I received an error message:

 

"You already have Thingworx Foundation Trial for H2. Uninstall it, and then you can use this installation tool to reinstall"

Then I go to Windows "Uninstall or change a program", but there is nothing there with a name like PTC or Thingworx.

What can I do now?

Hi.

 

Thank you very much for your reply. After I download  CCleaner and use it to clear my Registry, I tried again to reinstall version8.3, it still failed with the same error message. Could you please help me again?
