Header in mashup

Why the header's height is shrinking and expanding automatically? Does the contained mashup height is affecting header's height? How to fix header's height constant??

No, I figured out that responsive mashup header's height is more than advanced responsive mashup's height. I want Both's header should looks similar as we having n number of mashups in project. I didnt find height property for header to fix it. Can you help me in this? any css code available for this?
