by the way,if there have a websocket server,can i start it with thingworx,just like extension?

Are you refering to the WebSocket Communications Subsystem ?

The services of the WSCommunicationsSubsystem enable an administrator to query and close AlwaysOn WebSockets connected to the ThingWorx Platform.
