host mapping using ip address

Hi,

Is it possible to define a from ip range and to ip range and when the user logs in using organization if his ip fall's within from and to range he should land in a specific page. Eg: If the user ip is 192.168.0.100 - 192.168.0.109 he should land in station mashup. If user ip is between 192.168.0.110 - 192.168.0.120 he should land in Plant mashup.
