Hovering on Collection Widget

Is it possible to display text on mouse hovering on cells of collection widget.?

 

(In the mashupName of collection widget, there is a Tooltip property for valuedisplay/textbox. I tried passing texts but it doesnt displayed texts on hovering the cells of collection widget.)

We checked the legacy widget under 8.5.6 and found that it was working.  Which patch level are you running?
