how i show dropdown after selecting another dropdown list?

want to show dropdown after clicking another dropdown's list. if i have 1st dropdown which having list as member and staff after selecting member or staff, i want to show 2nd new dropdown.

want to show dropdown after cliking another dropdown's list.

if i have one dropdown named as 'User Type'. In this dropdown there are two filds which are 'members' and 'staff'. If i select 'member' then it will show second dropdown named as 'Band'. And if i select 'staff' then it will show third dropdown name as 'program ID'. Pleasse refer below attachment.
