How to access file from thingworx storage to another server ?

I generated a PMML file from AnalyticsServer_TrainingThing and it is stored in Thingworx storage.Now this PMML file should be used in another application.How to get this file directly from Thingworx storage to that application?

Did you get this file in Storage folder? If you have some file on your local then its on application how it picks it.

 

In which server you want to use this file. can you please clear your question.

File is present in Thingworx file repository.(This file should be downloaded in another server if they access this link.Should we use REST API?)
