how to add tooltip to label or value display widget when there is an ellipses to the text?

I'm using 8.5.6 ThingWorx version, I need to add tooltip to value display/ label widget.

because in smaller resolution I'm getting ellipses and I need to show that data in tooltip, but tooltip property is missing in the properties.
