How to autorefresh screen when start datetime and end datetime shift time changing from dropdown

Hello Team,

I have two dropdowns, first one "Timeframe" in which 'This shift' means (6-2 o'clock) time and 'last shift' means (12 - 6 o'clock) coming. Based on "Timeframe" dropdown selection  I am getting this "DateTime" dropdown selections which I indicated in brackets. how to apply auto refresh on screen if my shift time changes? 

Can anyone please provide a detailed explanation how can I do this and please provide service code also if needed for this implementation.
