How to calculate the amount for total hours in javascript

How to calculate the amount for total hours in javascript.

For example: starttime :10:00am to  endtime :11:00am the difference will be total 1 hour .so for one hour amount will be 50/-.Likewise for each updated hours amount should be calculated. Please help me to write  service
