how to change thingworx page mobile mode to computer mode

In mozilla firefox browser of computer moniter, thingworx composer is showing in mobile view in mozilla firefox browser of computer moniter. How to change it. I attached screenshot of it.

In Firefox you can press <ctrl-shift-M> to change the view, resolution, etc.  Is it possible that you're stuck on this screen?  Click the x in the upper right to close it.

 

There may also be a possibility that you have a Firefox add-on that is changing the view?

But why <ctrl-shift-M> is not working in google chrome browser to change resolutions.

Hi @AP_9587236 

 

It works in Chrome, but you have to open DevTools first (F12).

 

Note that product features may vary.  For questions around browser functionality, it's best to Google it.  These features are unrelated to PTC products.
