how to create alerts on the dashboard

Hello friends,

I'm using the free version of thingworx 8.5 for now, for learning purposes.

would like your help to find out if it is possible to create monitoring alerts

example:

if one of the devices drops its value to 1 open a message / alert saying "low level" and when that value increases it disappears.
