Hi @slangley ,

We are unable to customize the Thingworx Organization login screen.

Found a similar question posted in the community in the following link:

https://community.ptc.com/t5/ThingWorx-Developers/is-it-possible-modify-login-page/td-p/516808

We are unclear as to how the SSO can be achieved. Can you please help us out with a detailed explanation?

Also, If we create an external Login page and SSO into ThingWorx, can we still control and maintain the user, usergroup, Visibility, run time and design time controls via ThingWorx?

If you are interested in using SSO with ThingWorx then this document  PTC Single Sign-on Architecture and Configuration Overview https://www.ptc.com/en/support/refdoc/ThingWorx_Platform/8.0/PTC_Single_Sign_on_Architecture_and_Configuration_Overview_Guide_172779?&posno=1&q=sso%20architecture&DocumentType=Reference%20Document&source=search

provides an overview.

When using SSO there are two options for user provisioning: exclude user from provisioning and use Thingworx group membership or by default user groups from IdP mapped to Thingworx groups. In either case you will maintain user permissions in Thingworx but what changes are where groups are maintained.
