How to execute PDF Extension in Thingworx?

Hello,

I am using Thingworx  Navigate  1.8 and Platform 8.3.

I am able to import PDF Extension in TW composer.

But while uploading it gives warning as ,

            "           Export file missing version information.  No migration will be performed.    "

When I try to execute " create PDF " service from PDF Export , in Application log i found '

            "              Could not start process:     "

I have installed java 8u144 version.
