While exporting with two modeltags, it exported the entities which having combination of both ModelTags instead of summing it up. How to export all the entities with union of both model tags ?

Are you thinking about this setting perhaps?
With it selected, it will only export entities with all tags in the tags list (AND logic).
Without it, it will export any entity with any of the tags (OR logic).
