I have created some properties on microserver and integrate with Thingworx Remote Thing. Is there any service to retrieve microserver thing properties in Thingworx Remote Thing ?

Is your remote thing connected to virtual Thing?
When you open the Manage Bindings page and check the Remote property Bindings, you can press F12 and go to the Network section, you can find this GetRemoteMetadata service running.
