How to give Year/Quarter/Month/Day as XAxisField to bar chart

Not very clear about your use-case so more details will be helpful. 

Do you want to display Datetime as category on XAis? if yes, please set the Datetime column as String type, set the bar chart widget "ChartType" property as "Column Chart".
