How to migrate data from one Thingworx Platform to another Thingworx platform of same DB ?

Could anyone tell me, how to move data from one Thingworx PostgreSQL instance to another Thingworx PostgreSQL instance ?

One option it's to Export to ThingWorx Storage, get the folder and move that folder to the destination server and Import from ThingWorx Storage.
