How to open 3D drawing in Creo View Application instead of Widget?

Instead of using CreoView widget is it possible to open 3D drawing in Creo View Application from Thingworx?

Are you using this with the Navigate application or just the PTC Windchill Extension for ThingWorx, or neither?
