How to provide a complete downloadLink for an external tool?

Hi all,

What i want to do is to send a valid downloadLink in an email so that my user can directly click on this link to download the file.

I can get the complete link like http://myServer/Thingworx/SystemRepository/uploads/myFileName and i am able to send it by email but if the user clicks on this link, he is redirected to the server login page, which is fine for authentication, but after the authentication, the master mashup is displayed.

Any Idea ?
