How to setup thingworx application his own local servers. Its free or Paid?

Hi @Hrishabh.Sharma.

You will need to contact our Sales team to answer that question.  We no longer offer trial versions but given the right circumstances, you may be able to implement a proof of concept for a given period of time, or obtain an academic license.

Regards.
